Measure Group assisted Hope Community Church in the development of several outparcels. This project has required significant coordination with the City to facilitate water and sanitary expansion in the area. When complete, this site will comprise nearly 10% of the current population of the City and become a commercial and medical node for the City.

This phased project is anticipated to begin construction in late 2024 and be completed in 2027.
